As a large family of 10 members the brief was to provide separate spaces for every individual member and provide common spaces for occasional gatherings and get togethers.
The staircase at Stilt floor connects to the first floor which is a Duplex floor connecting the rest of all floors. The spatial planning of the stilt floor has ample parking space with a formal seating for the guests and an attached/extended hall seating. Formal seating was to accommodate the gents seating and the hall area was to accommodate ladies and children as occasion arises.
First Floor has been spatially designed with a connecting Hall-Dining area with a closed kitchen and Bedrooms with attached balconies and toilets for every occupant.
Second Floor accommodates rooms the elder kids with respective attached balconies and toilets and a spacious common Sit-out area.
Terrace floor accommodates a small store rooms and a Pent-house to host a visiting family for an overstay occasionally.
